Giggleheart Adventures

Yes, my heart if full of God’s giggles and joy again today. School is over and we get a four day weekend! Yeah. I really like school, but I like being at home with the family even better. That is when my two younger brothers don’t get me mad. You know how that can be. I know the Lord cleaned out my heart before when I got all crabby with Luke, but my heart might need a fresh cleaning now. Lately he just seems to annoy me with the goffy voices he makes. Why do boys have to act like that?
Anyhow, on a less crabby note, I’m going to see my grandma and grandpa this weekend! Yeah! That means we get lots of cookies and spoiling. You’ve got to love that.

Hey Guys,

My cheeks hurt from smiling so hard all day. The Giggleheart Fall Fest was awesome……….thank you very much! Even though it was cold and rainy in the early part of the day, we prayed with Mom and Dad that God would shine His light and love on this party. As we got to the park and the picinic shelter, it was really raining. But when it was time for people to come, the rain stopped. How cool is that? God really does answer prayers.
Next Giggleheart fans came to the party and it was a blast. We had s’mores, cookies, and lots of other treats. The parents ate things like veggies, fancy sandwiches and things like tht.
At one point we went on three awesome Bible type treasure hunts. The last clue at the end of one of the hunts was to find “baby Moses” in a basket. It was so funny as we raced to find the basket with the baby doll in it. We laughed our heads off.
Anyhow, tomorrow is a school day. Yuck and now it is time to go to bed. My cheeks keep smiling……….hopefully they’ll stop hurting soon.

Can you feel your heart beating fast…………..I know you’re just as excited about this Giggleheart Fall Fest as I am. My brothers are going nuts too over it! “Sugar Puppy” (aka – D.J.) was so excited he was dancing
around the kitchen like a hyper puppy. Luke, on the other hand was helping with getting the treasure hunt treasures together for the kids. Everyone is going to love it!
I have to get my sleepy little butt to bed before Mom yells at me.

Hey guys, we only have six days to wait for the big day…………………………………it is the big Giggleheart Fall Fest you silly goose you. Don’t pretend that you didn’t remember it. I know that you cannot wait for all the fun, food and the giggling hearts. Even the parents are going to be giggling like kids. You know, parents can learn a lot from us kids. We know how to have fun and how to laugh from deep within our hearts. Sometimes parents can get too busy to play or laugh. It is so sad. I love to laugh. I think laughing and giggling is probably better than chocolate……………………….I know that it sounds harsh to all you chocolate lovers but it is true.
When our hearts giggle with the Lord’s joy, chocolate is still good but not as good as God’s giggles. Come to the Fall Fest and you’ll see what I mean.
Well I have to go to bed for now. I’d love to chat some more, I can be a real chatter-box at times, but I’m kind of tired.

Hey Guys,
It’s me again, Sophia Rose Giggleheart. Well actually, since I’m only eight years old right now, I’m telling Miss Jackie what to write since “they say” that I’m too young to blog for myself.

Well, it seems like I’ve been back to school forever now. School is going pretty well and I have some really nice friends. Here is the fun part, I just gave each of my friends invitations to the first annual Giggleheart Fall Fest which will be at River Wooods Park inAuburn Hills, Michigan on Oct 4th between 2:00-4:30ish. I’m so excited that they all plan on coming. It is going to be a blast!
We’re going to have a TREASURE HUNT and D.J. (aka Sugar Puppy) is going to be hidding the treasure. Since he is such a stinker, I’m sure that it’ll be really, really fun.
Plus there is going to be a laughing/ giggling contest. And don’t forget, there is going to be a ton of awesome fall treats.
So plan on joining in on all the fun.

Hey guys, sorry I haven’t told Miss Jackie what to blog for me in a while. You know I’m a busy kid with things to do and brothers to play with.

But I’ve got to tell you, the first Giggleheart book, A Heart Ready to Fly! is taking off. Readers are going banana’s for it. Not only are hearts giggling over it but people are starting to look at their attitudes. As you know, not everyone has a sweetie pie attitude. Miss Jackie says that the Bible tells us that we should have a humble and gentle attitude like the one Jesus had. Oh, Oh! I’m in a bit of trouble if my attitude is suppose to be like Jesus’. Even though my heart has gone through the Heart Wash, it got dirty again. I think my heart needs to be cleaned a lot. Maybe every day like taking a bath each day. Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm, that is something to really think about.

Anyhow, here’s the big news. Are you ready??? OK. On Oct.4th we’re having our 1st Annual Giggleheart Fall Fest at River Woods Park in Auburn Hills, Michigan. It is going to be a blast. Miss Jackie will be signing books but there is going to be so much more. There’ll be games that will tickle everyone’s hearts, even the parents and grandparents. I cannot wait. I’m going to invite all my friends and family. Come join us…………you won’t be sorry.
I’ve got to go. My mom is calling me to get ready for bed.

Hi, I’m Sophia Rose Giggleheart.
I’m eight years old. Since I’m still a kid, Miss Jackie, helped me write a super-fantastic book about a goofy adventure I recently had with the angel Frank. It is called A HEART READY TO FLY!

Before this adventure, I had a bit of a “teeny, weenie, ATTITUDE ISSUE,” if you know what I mean? Shhhhhhhhh! Don’t tell anyone, but I get crabby sometimes; do you know anyone who gets crabby? How about you? This book is about how God can fix our “attitude issues.”
Get this, the book is coming out to the general public July 6th, 2009. I cannot wait! People are going completely wild over the book already.
One grandma had such a mega-ginormous giggle over the book that she didn’t want to share her copy of it with her poor little grand-daughter. Instead, she bought the poor kid her own copy.

Bye for now; I’ve got to brush my teeth and get ready for bed. I don’t like bed-time. What kid does? I have too much to chat about.
